Trust Relief Policy update

Following Unison raising this at SPF in November and more locally in a number of areas the following statement has now appeared on Need to Know:

Trust Relief Policy 

It has come to our attention that some employees may have concerns in circumstances when the planning regarding relief elements is not as they expected it to be under the Trust Relief Policy either within their rotas or whilst working on a relief team.

Please can we ask if any employees have any concerns regarding the relief planning either within their rota or whilst working on a relief team to contact their local management team and/or their planners in the first instance to try and resolve their concerns.  If this does not result in the matter being resolved then please do email your concerns together with any actions already taken and with whom you have raised them to the rota mailbox for BBR –
