UNISON has been attending meetings with the Trust to discuss rota redesign. The Trust has informed Unison that some core principles are not open to negotiation and these include;
To change all rotas to include up to 60% relief.
Review all flexible working arrangements.
Give 30 days notice of the actual change/allocation to a Rota line.
UNISON is getting a large amount of questions from staff already.
UNISON are therefore collating a FAQ guidance about rota changes.
